Rachel Long is an Ontario-based event photographer specializing in conferences, community gatherings, and one-of-a-kind creative events. She keeps things simple, capturing the authentic feel of an event without getting in the way of it.

Rachel works across a wide range of events, from full-day industry summits and intellectual lecture series to intimate live performances and private celebrations. Whether the room is full of housing advocates, musicians, or curious minds showing up to hear something that challenges them, she blends in, pays attention, and finds the moments that actually tell the story of the day. For the people running the event, she aims to feel less like a vendor and more like a natural extension of the team.

When she is not on the floor of a conference or in the front row of a live show, Rachel is hiking with her dog Loretta Lynn, or shooting FMX riders at county fairs.
